Upon notice of termination of a Master UPL Agreement for any reason, the Client (“Depositor”) shall have five (5) business days to process all pending shipments and submit a final move-out request through UPL’s system (“Final Order”).
UPL (USA Parcel Logistics) will have up to thirty (30) days from receipt of the Final Order to prepare all goods for pickup. If the Client requires an expedited move-out, additional special handling charges will apply. Clients are advised to contact UPL directly to check availability and applicable fees for faster processing.
Once the Final Order is received, UPL will issue an Estimated Final Invoice, outlining the projected costs associated with the move-out. Please note that this estimate is not final and may vary based on actual handling, labor, and logistics requirements during the move-out process. Any additional charges incurred beyond the estimate will be invoiced separately, and the Client agrees to make prompt payment.
Goods will only be released once the following conditions are met:
All payments must be completed via ACH or wire transfer.
For clarity:
Once all required payments (A/R and Estimated Final Invoice) have been received, the Client will be eligible to schedule the pickup, and the goods will be released accordingly.
